1. Who can use the platform
The platform is operated by [Operator legal name], [company type] registered in India ([CIN]), registered office [registered address]. These terms take effect on [effective date].
- You must be at least 18. We do not run a parental-consent process, so a minor cannot hold an account.
- One account per mobile number. Your mobile number is your identity here, and a number that already has an account cannot register a second one.
- The information you give us must be true. A false company name, a GSTIN that is not yours, or a borrowed mobile number is a breach of these terms.
- If you register on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and “you” then means both you and that company.
- Do not use the platform if Indian law, or a sanctions or restricted-party list applying to you, prohibits it.
2. Accounts, sign-in and sessions
There are four roles: visitor, exhibitor, admin and gate scanner. Scanner and admin accounts are created by us, not by self-registration.
You sign in with a one-time password sent to your mobile number. There is no password to remember, which makes the number itself the key to your account. Keep it in your control, and tell us at [support email] the same day if you lose it or if the number is reassigned.
One active session per account. Signing in on a second device signs you out of the first. This is deliberate and not a fault. Sharing an account between colleagues means you will keep signing each other out — ask us for a second account instead.
We may limit how often a code can be requested, and lock an account after repeated failed attempts. You are responsible for everything done through your account while it is signed in, unless you told us it was compromised first.
3. Visitor passes
A pass admits one person to one expo on one calendar date. If you want three days, you buy three passes. Passes are either free, where the organiser has opened free entry, or paid at the price shown at checkout.
Each pass carries a unique QR token. Gate staff scan it on the way in and on the way out, and the platform records each scan.
- One person, one pass. A pass is personal and non-transferable. Sending your QR code to someone else is a breach of these terms, and we may cancel the pass without refund.
- Wrong date, no entry. A pass is valid only on the date assigned to it. Turning up on another day means buying another pass.
- Refused entry. Gate staff may refuse a pass that is cancelled, expired, already inside, or presented on the wrong date. The refusal and its reason are recorded.
- Rollover. Where the organiser cancels or reschedules a date, we may roll an unused paid pass over to another date of the same expo. A rolled-over pass carries the same rights as the original and creates no further claim.
- Venue rules. Entry is also subject to the venue's own rules on security, screening, prohibited items, photography and conduct. Gate staff may refuse or remove anyone who breaches them, and no refund is due.
We do not guarantee that any particular exhibitor, product, speaker or activity will be present at the expo. The exhibitor list changes up to the day of the event.
4. Exhibitor registration and approval
Anyone may sign up for an exhibitor account, but an account does nothing until we approve it. Until then you can complete onboarding and nothing else — no stall booking, no product listing, no leads.
Onboarding asks for your company name, business type, website, GSTIN, product categories and full business address. We check them, and we may ask for documents to support what you have told us.
- Approval is at our discretion. We may reject an application, and we will give you the reason. A rejected application can be corrected and re-submitted.
- Approval is not permanent. If your details turn out to be false, or your conduct breaches these terms, we may withdraw approval and return the account to pending.
- Keep your details current. A GSTIN or address that is out of date will produce an incorrect tax invoice, and correcting it afterwards is your cost.
- Your GSTIN must be your own. We issue tax documents against it, so a GSTIN belonging to someone else is a serious breach.
Approved exhibitors receive a starting balance of lead credits as set out in clause 6. That balance is a benefit of approval, not something you have bought, and it carries no cash value.
5. Stall booking, allocation and payment
Every expo runs to a published set of deadlines. Miss one and the consequence follows automatically — the platform enforces these dates without a reminder, so treat them as the operative dates of your contract with us.
| Stage | What happens | What happens if you miss it |
|---|---|---|
| Booking window opens | You may request a stall in a category and size | Nothing bookable before this |
| Booking window closes | No new requests accepted for this expo | You cannot exhibit at this edition |
| Allocation window | Stalls are allotted among the requests for each category | A request outside the window is not allotted |
| Advance due | Your advance, being the published percentage of the tax-inclusive total, must be paid | The booking expires and the stall returns to the pool |
| Balance due | The remaining amount must be paid in full | The booking is forfeited and the advance is not refunded |
| Extras cut-off | Last date to buy extra amenities or additional staff badges | No extras can be added after it |
Allocation. Where a category is over-subscribed, stalls are allotted by a draw among the paid requests in that category. A draw is by its nature not first-come-first-served, and requesting a stall does not entitle you to one. We may allot you a stall of the size you asked for in a position you did not ask for.
Payment plans. You choose either full payment at booking, or the advance plus balance plan. Stall prices are quoted exclusive of GST; GST at the rate in force is added, and the advance percentage is calculated on the tax-inclusive total.
Forfeiture. If you pay the advance and then miss the balance date, the booking is forfeited: you lose the stall and the advance. This is a genuine pre-estimate of our loss, because the stall was held out of the pool for you and can no longer be resold in time.
Amenities and badges. The amenities included with a stall category are listed at booking. Extra amenities and additional staff badges are charged separately and must be bought before the extras cut-off. Badge details — name, mobile, designation and photograph of each staff member — must be accurate; the venue may refuse a badge that does not match the person presenting it.
What we control and what we do not. We allot stall space. We do not guarantee footfall, sales, leads, neighbouring exhibitors, the final floor plan, or that the expo will take place on the announced dates. Clause 10 sets out what happens if the organiser cancels or reschedules.
6. Lead credits and lead packs
Visitors post buying requirements. The platform matches each requirement against listed products and offers it to the closest-matching exhibitors. Each requirement has a fixed number of claim slots.
Spending one lead credit claims one slot and reveals the visitor's name, mobile number, email address where present, and the full requirement including quantity, budget range and reference photo. Credits come from three places: a starting balance on approval, a lead pack you buy, or a grant we make at our discretion.
- A credit buys a disclosure, not an outcome. It reveals a contact. It does not promise a reply, a quotation, an order, or that the requirement is genuine. No refund is due because a lead did not convert.
- Claiming is final. Once you claim, the credit is spent and the details are yours. We cannot un-spend a credit, and we will not refund one because you claimed a lead you did not want.
- First to claim. Slots are limited and claimed in order. Being matched to a requirement does not reserve a slot for you.
- Credits have no cash value. They are not transferable between accounts, cannot be exchanged for money, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for breach.
- Unused packs. Credits bought in a pack do not expire while your account is in good standing, unless the pack says otherwise at purchase.
How you must treat lead data. These obligations are binding, and breaking them costs you the account:
- 1.Use the contact details only to respond to that requirement.
- 2.Do not resell, share, publish or transfer them to anyone else.
- 3.Do not add them to a bulk marketing list, newsletter or automated campaign.
- 4.Stop contacting a visitor as soon as they ask you to.
- 5.Delete the details when they are no longer needed for the enquiry, and comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in respect of them. For your own use of that data, you are a data fiduciary in your own right.
We may audit how lead data is used, and suspend or terminate an account we believe is misusing it. No refund of unused credits is due on such a termination.
7. Product listings
Approved exhibitors may list products with a name, description, SKU, price, unit of measure, images and the marketplaces they are sold on. Listings feed the matching engine, so the quality of your listing determines the requirements you are matched to.
- Accuracy is your responsibility. Prices, specifications, units, quantities and images must describe the product you actually sell. A misdescribed product is a breach of these terms and may also be an offence under consumer protection law.
- Rights in what you upload. You must own the images and text, or hold a licence for them. Do not upload a competitor's photographs or a manufacturer's copy you have no right to use.
- Product images are public. They are served from a public store and can be read by anyone with the link. Do not put confidential pricing, internal codes or personal data in an image.
- Prohibited goods. Do not list anything whose sale or display is restricted or unlawful in India, or anything the organiser has excluded from this expo. [Add the organiser's excluded-category list here.]
- We may remove a listing. We may edit, hide or delete any listing, without notice, if it breaches these terms, misdescribes a product, or attracts complaints. Removal is not a refund event.
- Search and embeddings. We compute search vectors from your listing text and images so they can be matched. You grant us the licence to do so for as long as the listing is live.
We do not verify, endorse or certify any listed product. A visitor who buys from you contracts with you, not with us.
8. Advertising campaigns
Exhibitors may buy advertising placements on the platform under the plans shown in the panel. A campaign runs only after payment clears and we approve the creative.
The sequence is fixed: you pay, the campaign enters review, and we approve or reject it.
- Review is at our discretion. We may reject creative that is misleading, offensive, infringes a third party's rights, misdescribes a product, names a competitor, or breaches the organiser's rules or any advertising law or code.
- A rejected campaign is refunded. We refund the amount you paid for it, to the original payment method, and tell you why it was rejected. You may correct the creative and re-submit it as a new campaign.
- An approved campaign is not refundable once it has begun running, except where we fail to run it at all.
- Cancelling before approval. You may cancel a campaign awaiting review and we will refund it.
- You are responsible for the content. You confirm you hold every right needed in the creative, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from it.
We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, stall visits or sales from any campaign, and placement position is at our discretion unless the plan states otherwise.
9. Fees, GST and invoices
All prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are taken through Razorpay, which accepts cards, UPI, net banking and wallets. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
| What you pay for | How it is priced | Tax |
|---|---|---|
| Visitor pass | Per person, per date, at the price shown at checkout; free where the organiser opens free entry | As shown at checkout |
| Stall booking | Per square metre by category and size, quoted exclusive of tax | GST added at the rate in force, currently 18 percent |
| Extra amenities and staff badges | Per item, as listed at booking | GST added |
| Lead pack | Per pack, as listed in the exhibitor panel | GST added |
| Ad campaign | Per plan, as listed in the exhibitor panel | GST added |
Invoices. We issue a proforma invoice for a stall booking against the GSTIN and billing address on your profile, with a serial number for the financial year. Place of supply follows the GST rules, which decide whether the transaction is treated as intra-state or inter-state and therefore which taxes appear. We cannot re-issue an invoice against a different GSTIN after it has been generated, so check your profile before you pay.
Payment must actually clear. A booking, pass or credit is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us. A payment that fails, is reversed or is charged back cancels what it paid for. If you raise a chargeback instead of asking us for a refund, we may suspend the account until it is resolved.
Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases at any time. A change never affects something you have already paid for.
Taxes and duties other than the GST we charge, including any tax deducted at source that applies to you, are yours to account for.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Read this before you pay. Most of what you buy here is not refundable, because a stall held for you cannot be resold and a lead once revealed cannot be taken back.
| What you bought | If you cancel | If we or the organiser cancel |
|---|---|---|
| Paid visitor pass, unused | [Refundable up to X days before the date, less any charge / Not refundable — confirm the policy] | Refunded in full, or rolled over to another date of the same expo at your choice |
| Paid visitor pass, already scanned in | Not refundable | Not refundable, the pass was used |
| Stall booking, advance paid | Not refundable | Refunded in full |
| Stall booking, paid in full | Not refundable | Refunded in full |
| Stall booking where you missed the balance date | Forfeited, advance not returned | Not applicable |
| Stall request not allotted in the draw | Amount paid for that request refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| Extra amenities and staff badges | Not refundable after the extras cut-off | Refunded in full |
| Lead credits, unspent | Not refundable | Refunded pro rata if we withdraw the lead feature entirely |
| Lead credits, spent on a claim | Not refundable, whatever the outcome of the lead | Not refundable |
| Ad campaign awaiting review | Refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| Ad campaign rejected by us | Refunded in full | Refunded in full |
| Ad campaign approved and running | Not refundable | Refunded pro rata for the unrun part |
If the expo is cancelled or moved. If we or the organiser cancel an expo outright, you may choose a full refund or a transfer of what you paid to the next edition. If the dates move, what you paid transfers to the new dates; where you cannot attend them, [state whether a refund is available].
How a refund is paid. To the original payment method, through Razorpay, within [X] business days of us approving it. Razorpay's own processing time then applies. We do not refund to a different account or in cash.
Asking for one. Email [support email] from the address or number on the account, with the order or invoice reference. We will answer within [X] business days.
11. Acceptable use
Do not do any of the following. Each is a material breach, and the consequences in clause 14 follow.
- 1.Register more than one account per person or company, or register with someone else's mobile number, GSTIN or company details.
- 2.Share, sell or transfer a pass QR code, a staff badge, or your account credentials.
- 3.Forge, copy, tamper with or replay a pass QR token, or attempt to enter on a pass that is not yours.
- 4.Resell, publish, bulk-market or transfer lead contact details, or use them for anything other than answering that requirement.
- 5.Scrape, crawl, data-mine or bulk-export the platform, its product catalogue, its exhibitor list or its visitor data, by any means including automated tools.
- 6.Attempt to read, alter or infer another exhibitor's bookings, products, leads, customers or balances, whether through the interface, the API, error messages or timing.
- 7.Reverse-engineer, decompile or probe the platform, or test its security without our prior written permission.
- 8.Tamper with a payment request, callback or webhook, or attempt to obtain a booking, pass or credit without paying for it.
- 9.List a product you do not sell, misdescribe one, or list anything unlawful or excluded from the expo.
- 10.Upload malware, or content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing or unlawful.
- 11.Harass, threaten, spam or defraud another user, a visitor whose lead you claimed, our staff or the venue's staff.
- 12.Overload, disrupt or degrade the platform, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- 13.Use the platform for any purpose the law prohibits, or to help someone else break these terms.
If you find a security flaw, tell us at [security email] and give us a reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. We will not pursue a researcher who reports in good faith and does not access or retain other people's data.
12. Intellectual property
Ours. The platform — its software, database structure, matching logic, designs, text, graphics and the ENE Expo name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian copyright and trade mark law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use it for the purposes these terms describe, and nothing more. You may not copy it, resell access to it, or build a competing service from it.
Yours. You keep ownership of what you upload: product text and images, company logos, ad creative, staff photographs and requirement descriptions. By uploading it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for display, index, compute search vectors from, and publish it on the platform and in material promoting the expo, for as long as your content is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in archived event material.
You confirm you hold every right needed to grant that licence, and that the content infringes nobody's copyright, trade mark, privacy or publicity rights. Staff photographs may be uploaded only with that person's knowledge and consent.
Content we may remove. We may remove or hide any content, without notice, that breaches these terms or that we receive a credible complaint about. Removed content is not recoverable, and we keep no backup of it for you.
Complaints about content. If something on the platform infringes your rights, write to [grievance email] with the URL, what right you hold and why it is infringed. We will act on a valid complaint.
13. Disclaimers and liability
We are a platform, not a party to your deals. We connect visitors and exhibitors and we allot stall space. We are not a seller, buyer, broker, agent or guarantor in any transaction between a visitor and an exhibitor. Any order, quotation, delivery, payment or dispute between you and another user is between the two of you alone.
What we do not verify. We do not verify that a listed product exists as described, that an exhibitor will honour a quotation, that a buying requirement is genuine, or that a lead will convert. Matching is algorithmic and approximate; a poor match is not a defect.
Provided as it stands. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of every security flaw, or that the matching engine, payment gateway, one-time password delivery or email delivery will always work. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature.
What we are not liable for. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data — including loss caused by footfall lower than you hoped for, a lead that did not convert, a stall position you did not want, an expo that was cancelled or rescheduled, another user's conduct, or a failure of Razorpay, a telecom operator or an email provider.
The cap. Our total liability to you, for all claims taken together and however they arise, is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For someone who has paid us nothing, it is limited to [cap amount, e.g. INR 1,000].
What we do not exclude. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that Indian law does not permit to be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 are unaffected.
You indemnify us against any claim, loss, cost or legal expense arising from your breach of these terms, your content, your misuse of lead data, your dealings with another user, or your breach of any law.
14. Suspension and termination
By you. Close your account at any time by emailing [support email] from the address or number on it. Closing it does not refund anything, cancel a stall booking you have contracted for, or return unspent lead credits.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without notice, if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud, multiple accounts, pass forgery or misuse of lead data, if a payment fails or is charged back, if the information you gave us is false, or if the law requires it. Where the circumstances allow, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.
What happens then.
- Access to the exhibitor or visitor panel ends immediately.
- Unspent lead credits are forfeited, with no refund, where the termination follows your breach.
- A stall booking may be cancelled and the amounts paid forfeited under clause 10.
- Passes issued to you are cancelled.
- Your product listings and ad campaigns are removed from the platform.
- Your personal data is handled as the Privacy Policy sets out: erased within 30 days, apart from payment, invoice and tax records that the law requires us to keep for eight years.
- Anything you owe us remains owing, and clauses 11 through 16 survive.
Lead data an exhibitor claimed before termination remains in that exhibitor's possession, and the obligations in clause 6 continue to bind them after their account is closed.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, email [support email] with “Dispute” in the subject line and set out what you want. We will try to resolve it within 30 days.
Then arbitration. A dispute we cannot resolve that way is referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue is [city], the language is English, and the arbitrator's award is final and binding. Each side bears its own costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
Courts. The courts at [city] have exclusive jurisdiction over anything arbitration does not cover, including an application for urgent interim relief and any dispute about intellectual property.
Consumers. If you are a consumer, nothing above stops you from approaching a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or from using the grievance route in the Privacy Policy.
16. General
- Changes. We may change these terms. For a change that materially affects your rights or what you pay, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email and by notice in the platform. Continuing to use the platform after that notice period means you accept it. If you do not, close your account.
- Expo-specific rules. Each expo may publish its own rules on build-up, dismantling, stall construction, prohibited items and conduct. Those rules apply alongside these terms, and where they conflict on a matter specific to that expo, they prevail.
- Entire agreement. These terms, the Privacy Policy, the prices shown at checkout and any published expo rules are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
- Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it is read down as far as necessary to make it enforceable, or severed. The rest stands.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your account or your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a group company or to an acquirer of the business.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control — natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, government order, venue closure, power or internet failure, or the failure of a third-party service such as Razorpay, a telecom operator or our cloud provider. Where such an event prevents an expo from running, clause 10 governs what you get back.
- Notices. We give notice to the email address and mobile number on your account. Keep them current; a notice sent to a stale address still counts as given.
- Language. These terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
